The Meridian SR-2000 14-Slot Industrial Optical Chassis with Dual PSU is a robust and versatile subrack chassis designed for fibre optic transmission card units. Crafted with precision extruded aluminium components, it offers optimal performance and durability. The SR-2000 supports one or two redundant 100W (87/287VAC) switching power supplies to ensure reliable operation.
Description
The Meridian SR-2000 is engineered for demanding environments and can accommodate up to 18 card units while using a single power supply, or house 14 card units with dual redundant power supplies. It includes an innovative Microsoft Windows-based Network Management System, with link status monitoring via RS-232 connection to a PC. The SR-2000/E Expansion Subrack offers a local and optional global network connection via PS-485. For efficient installation, all electrical and optical connections are mounted on the rear panel.
