The Kramer KDS-DEC4 is an AV-over-IP video decoder designed for professional installations. It decodes 4K60 4:2:0 streams for HDMI output over a standard 1G Ethernet connection and provides local control and audio outputs. The unit shown includes factory labels (default IP and MAC) and a 5V DC power inlet.
